Institute events

Each year CIOBS organises a wide range of events, including:

• The Chartered Banker Dinner
• The Annual Graduation Ceremony
• Introductory days and revision courses run by the CIOBS Academy
• The Deloitte Financial Services Rising Star Awards
• A variety of topical seminars and short courses run by the Institute itself or in partnership with other organisations.

Recently we have greatly increased the number and range of our educational seminars and events, offering more opportunities for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

CPD is essential for anyone in financial services who wishes to maintain their professionalism in a constantly changing environment.

Most of our events and seminars are open to both members and non-members of the Institute.
