CPD Approved Employer Scheme

We are working with financial services organisations to recognise the development activity which you do at your place of work to make it simpler for you to include this in our scheme. Rather than recording CPD activity on an individual basis, the majority of your development can be achieved within the overall framework of a CPD Approved Employer Scheme.

In the first instance, the Employer’s staff development and appraisal scheme needs to be reviewed and approved by the Institute as meeting the professional development needs of our members.
