Fellowship nomination
Fellowship is the highest status conferred by the Institute and is a measure of the contribution to the financial services industry by the holder. It may be granted to Members or Associates of at least 10 years standing, or to non-members who hold a University degree or equivalent professional qualification and have made a significant contribution to banking or the objectives of the Institute.
Two existing Fellows are required to nominate and second prospective applications for Fellowship. The awarding of Fellowship takes place at our Annual Graduation Ceremony.
The status earned through being a Fellow is recognised as one of the most prestigious in the banking and finance sector worldwide.
Fellows are required to adhere to the standards and responsibilities contained in the Fellows' Charter, to actively promote the Institute, to recruit and help to retain existing members, and to support the work of District Centres.
Fellowship nomination form, including the guidance notes, is available to download by clicking here.
The Chartered Banker programme provides broad, flexible skill sets and a wide range of ways to achieve the qualification.
