Online Surveys
The Institute runs a number of surveys over the course of the year. Some are open to everyone, while others are targetted at specific sections of the membership. Participation usually only takes a few minutes so it's a very easy way to contribute your knowledge and opinions and help us improve our services.
Over the last 12 months almost 25% of members have responded to online surveys on such topics as Chartered Banker status, social networking, preferences for online CPD courses, the Chartered Banker MBA top up and student satisfaction/course feedback surveys. Surveys are usually advertised via email, in the Chartered Banker magazine and on the home page of our website.
