Assignments

Q =  I'm doing a Chartered Banker subject – do I have to complete all the assignments before I sit the final examination?
A = In order to potentially benefit from the Pass Compensation award, students must have completed their assignment(s) by certain dates – these dates are clearly outlined in Section 3 of the Chartered Banker Handbook which is available for viewing / downloading from this site.

Q = I'm sitting the Sales & Service examination, but I can't find any assignments in my workbook?
A = There are no assignments for the Diploma / Certificate in Financial Services, the Certificates in Sales & Service or Call Centre Operations or for the RQF subjects.

Q = I'm studying the Retail Banking subject, but I can't find any assignments in my workbook?
A = The assignments for all Chartered Banker-based subjects are downloadable here. If you have any difficulty downloading your assignments, please telephone the Customer Services Team on 0131 473 7777.

Q = Why are homework assignments important if I am doing Chartered Banker-based subjects?
A = Assignments are seen as an integral part of the learning process that takes place within a subject and provide essential feedback on performance – their successful completion, by the set dates, also determines whether or not you are entitled to an award of Pass Compensation.

The Chartered Banker programme provides broad, flexible skill sets and a wide range of ways to achieve the qualification.
