Studying

Who is my mentor and what does he do?
One of our in-house tutors based at the Institute's office.  They are there to help you with anything related to your coursework, and are available every weekday by telephone and email. You can also arrange an appointment to come in and see them.

Who is my course tutor and what does he/she do?
Details of your course tutor are on your subject enrolment form, which is sent with your subject books. They are there to help you with any questions you may have related to your course. Your assignments are emailed/posted to your subject tutor, who will mark them and notify you of the result.

What happens if I cannot complete my studies in the required time?
You may be eligible for an extension to your time limit. After this you will have to re-register for any subjects you have not completed.

What help is available if I have a problem?
Customer Services is available every weekday from 9 – 5, for general administration enquiries.

Your subject tutor is available via email for any specific subject enquiries regarding Advanced Diploma/Chartered Banker subjects.

For RQF or Certificate/Diploma students we have two in-house tutors who are available 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

The Chartered Banker programme provides broad, flexible skill sets and a wide range of ways to achieve the qualification.
