Institute of Operational Risk Event withDr Simon Ashby, Plymouth Business School, Financial ServicesThursday 6th September
The IOR are delighted to welcome members of the Chartered Banker Institute to their upcoming event with Dr Simon Ashby free of charge.
Simon is currently Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) in Financial Services at Plymouth Business School having previously held senior roles in a number of financial services organisations and the Operational Risk Policy team of the FSA.
In association with colleagues from the Centre for the Analysis of Risk and Regulation at the London School of Economics, Simon has been awarded a grant to undertake research into ‘Risk Culture in Financial Organisations’. Simon will be known to those that attended the IOR's Conference last October from the KRI session he led. Simon is a Fellow of the IOR and he is also their Vice-Chair.
