Graduation Ceremony 2013Saturday 16th November, University of Glasgow
The Graduation Ceremony is one of our most prestigious events. The 2013 ceremony will take place on the morning of Saturday 16th November in the Bute Hall of the University of Glasgow. Fellows, Members, Certificate/Diploma Awardees and Prizewinners confirmed in the last academic year* are invited to attend the ceremony to be presented with their awards.

Links to other useful documents will become live when available. Please note that invitations, forms and instructions will differ depending on the category of award that you fall into (Fellow, Member, certificate etc). Therefore, please ensure you use the correct link for your level of award.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY REPLIES AFTER THIS CUT OFF DATE. IF YOU HAVE NOT REPLIED BY THIS DATE IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT YOU WILL NOT ATTEND THE GRADUATION AND PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY.
Important- If you indicate to us that you would like to attend, you will receive your briefing and tickets by post, one week before the ceremony takes place. If you have not received these by Friday 8th November, please contact us immediately on 0131 473 7777.- Anyone who arrives at Graduation but is not on listed on our records as attending will NOT be able to take part in the ceremony.- Anyone with an outstanding balance on their account consisting of fees due from the last academic year will need to clear this balance before the date of Graduation. You will NOT be allowed to graduate/receive your prize in person or in absentia if you do not clear this balance.
Graduating in AbsentiaWe would appreciate it if you could still forward you reply form to us to confirm you cannot attend. Fellows and Members graduating in absentia will be posted their certificate following the Graduation Ceremony.Calling all Fellows and Managers of GraduandsIf you’d like to attend our Graduation Ceremony this year and catch up with colleagues over a glass of wine whilst showing your support for the Institute, please get in touch – email@example.com.
* The last academic year runs from 16th June 2012 to 15th June 2013. If you passed the final exam for your qualification between these dates we would be delighted if you are able to join us at the 2013 ceremony.
