The Banking Insights Series with PwC
The New Digital Tipping Point
Wednesday 30th May

Recently, PwC launched an innovative survey of over 3000 customers which explored how banks can harness the power of the new and improved digital market, not only by saving costs, but by deepening customer relationships.

The report made a big impact with banks and consumers alike. It is clear that this ‘new reality’ of banking is key to meeting the increasing demands of the customer.

Our next Banking Insights session will focus on the results of this report, what it means for the banks and the future of the banking model.

Venue: Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4NH
Schedule: 8.45am - 9.00am registration and light breakfast; 9.00am - 10.30am presentation and discussion.
Booking Fee: Free

The Banking Insights Series with PwC

The Institute has been working with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2003 to bring you information and insights through our popular Scottish Banking Forum series.

In 2009 we re-launched the forum under the new title Banking Insights.  The series has continued to provide a unique environment for representatives from financial services organisations to meet and discuss the key issues affecting the industry.  Banking Insights continues to take a thought leadership approach in sharing industry insights and practical experiences from a selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers experts.

“We rely on the broad range of skills that the Institute provides.”

Jim Lindsay, General Manager, Airdrie Savings Bank
