The Chartered Banker Young Banker of the Year 2018 competition received a record number of applications. We are pleased to announce the names of the 8 semi-finalists who will be competing in the upcoming live semi-finals in Manchester and Edinburgh. Four contestants will go forward to the final at Mansion House, in London, on 19th September.

The Manchester Semi-Finalists are:

  • Tom Foster, NatWest
  • Vinita Gomes, Santander
  • Alastair MacDonald, HSBC

The Edinburgh Semi-Finalists are:

  • Alistair Gilfillan, Lloyds Banking Group
  • James Patterson, HSBC
  • Milly Dent, The Royal Bank of Scotland
  • Nathan Williams, Coutts & Co
