Masterclass: A Practical Approach to Managing Media Challenge Successfully
The Masterclass comprises two evening Workshops at a discounted rate.

Workshop 1 - 13th February
This will focus on building the techniques to manage media interviews in challenging situations. Typically this will be in respect of a consumer based complaint aspect, or a more general crisis event, both of which could result in material career and brand risk.
The objective will be to equip all attendees with the skills to prepare for interview, and then position their messages effectively.

Workshop 2 - 20th February
The second workshop with give attendees the opportunity to engage directly with a working journalist with experience both in print and broadcast.
The session will take several case studies and work through how interviews should be managed to optimise the opportunity and minimise and brand damage.
The overall Masterclass will be of value not just to those who want to prepare for media interview, but also for those who wish to embed advanced influencing skills.
