Governance: - ‘Effective Board Reporting’
This is a joint meeting with the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA), and is being hosted by Burness Paull LLP, Edinburgh.
The presentation will focus on what sort of information is relevant to senior management for them to base decisions on, and how to ensure that this information is of a good quality.
Whilst the presentation has been primarily created for members of the Chartered Governance Institute, it should be of relevance to anyone involved in the reporting process. This will be true whether someone is responsible for creating or providing reporting to senior management, or equally to those members of senior management who want to verify the information received is reliable, robust, and timely.
Numbers are limited so early booking is recommended.
Gary Gray FCG, is Head of Governance & Company Secretarial Services at Burness Paull LLP, Edinburgh, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
