The Future of Banking – Why pay, diversity and inclusion matters?

Issues of diversity and equality are at the top of agendas in banking, business and many other walks of life - and rightly so. With more than 50% of Institute members now female, these issues are top of the Chartered Banker Institute’s agenda too. For banking to enhance and sustain the ethical professionalism on which we depend, fair treatment of customers’ needs to be accompanied by the fair treatment of - and equality of opportunity for - all our colleagues.

Watch our panel members discuss our findings from research we conducted and latest thoughts from a group of industry academic experts on this topic.

Speakers:

  • Hilary Copper (Finance Foundation)
  • Emily Cox MBE, Director of Public Affairs (Virgin Money)
  • Phillippa O'Connor, Reward and Employment Partner (PwC)
  • Joanne Murphy (Chartered Banker Institute)
