Overview

The Institute’s magazine, Chartered Banker, recently published a special report titled ‘Strong foundations’

Within the report, a number of experts from the banking sector focus on how the pandemic has tested the operational resilience of our financial institutions. How are institutions, organisations and individuals equipping themselves to strike the right balance of supporting their customers while surviving themselves?

We are delighted to bring you this virtual round-table event, whereby our panel of experts will expand on the important topics raised within the special report.

Preparing for the unexpected is always a challenge and the past eighteen months have seen us all experience unimaginable changes. In this virtual round-table session, our panellists will examine what lessons we can take from this experience and how this will impact the banking sector.
Discussion will centre on well-being, emotional intelligence, strategies and workforce stability.
