As the Coronavirus outbreak continues to dominate the news, uncertainty is all around. As a leading professional body, we are committed to providing support and guidance to our members and colleagues during these difficult times. We have put together a range of resources that we hope will be of use. We will continue to update this page, so please consult it regularly. 

  • All of our Institute staff are now working remotely, and our Member Engagement Team are still able to provide support to members. We ask that you email info@charteredbanker.com or use our webchat function to help us provide a consistent service. 
  • Through our online learning platforms we are continuing to support our members' and students' learning journeys with little or no disruption.
  • For our exams, we offer remote invigilation meaning individuals can take their exam at home, at a time convenient to them. Our higher-level qualifications are assessed via assignments, and our experiential assessments can be conducted remotely via Skype or Zoom.
