Critical Thinking, Judgement & Decision Making Workshop
In an increasingly complex world, good judgement and decision making skills are crucial for both business and personal success. Research has found that decision effectiveness is 95% correlated with financial performance. Yet despite this, there is often little focus on how we can make better decisions, individually and collectively, as part of a team, a project or an organisation.
In this fast paced workshop, you will explore the part that individual character and judgement play in decision making and the human skills that are needed to make better decisions to drive your society and career forward.
This workshop will be of value to those in leadership and managerial positions, plus specialists who often work in a team/project environment. Delegates will typically be in higher or intermediate managerial roles or have been identified as part of a talent development population.
At the end of the workshop you will understand:
- How you form judgements and make decisions
- Techniques to improve decision making skills
- How to avoid group-think but operate effectively in a team
- The power of influence and how to improve yours
