Q. When will my results be released?

A. Your assignment results will be sent to you by your tutor. Multiple choice results will be available immediately upon completing the exam. Results for written exams are normally available no later than six weeks following your exam date. All exam results will also be published via the My Institute page of the website.

 Q. How do I login to the My Institute portal?

A. Please click here. If you have forgotten your password please select the ‘Forgotten Password’ function. If you do not receive your password reset e-mail please check your spam folder – if you have still not received your e-mail please contact the Membership Engagement team at info@charteredbanker.com

 Q. My membership has lapsed. How do I reinstate?

A. Please click here. Once you have downloaded and completed the form please send to info@charteredbanker.com
