Be a part of your changing Institute - Membership Forum

Building on the success of our Diversity Report earlier this year, we are keen for the broad diversity of the Institute to be reflected in our new Membership Forum. The Membership Forum gives our members the power to ensure the views of our membership are heard and allows our members to participate in the governance and strategic direction of the Institute.

We are seeking representation from all member grades on a UK and international basis and we strongly recommend members that wish to help shape the future of the Institute, to apply and join our Membership Forum.

The Membership Forum’s principal tasks will include:

  • Advising the Board of Trustees
  • Promoting the Institute, and the benefits of membership, within the banking industry;
  • Assisting in the recruitment and retention of members;
  • Advising on and supporting activities and measures to enhance member engagement; and
  • Promoting the geographic expansion of the Institute.
