Event Details

We, our families, and our friends, are all using the internet more and more in our daily lives. Whether, this is for day to day shopping online, booking holidays and tickets online, or the occasional bargain shop on Black Friday for Christmas. However, at the same time, hardly a day passes now, without mention in the media of the risks of cyber crime, or the impact on business and individuals.

Join us on Wednesday 26th September to learn from someone involved in tackling these concerns, and providing protection to customers.

The speaker is Kevin Murphy, CISM, CEH, CIPM, CSSP, CESP LLB, who is a Cyber Security, Risk, Privacy and Fraud Specialist at Royal Bank of Scotland.

Kevin will provide an overview of the risk and threat around cyber crime, have a look at some high profile cases, and provide some thoughts on what can be done.
