Banking Insights: Operational Resilience Webcast
The Bank of England, PRA and FCA jointly published a joint paper in July 2018 entitled 'Building the UK financial sector's operational resilience'. The joint paper stressed the importance of operational resilience and how it should be afforded the same priority as financial resilience. Chartered Banker Institute and PwC hosted a webinar where they:
- Provide a brief overview of the key points from the joint paper
- Outline key trends and challenges are facing
- Discuss several case studies to provide attendees with good practice and lessons others have learned
- Answer any questions the audience had
PwC speakers include Stuart Birnie who leads the Scottish Technology Risk and Resilience Team, Lewis McKenzie who works in the PwC Resilience Centre of Excellence and Peter Jack who works with financial services clients on managing third party risk.
