The Programme schedule consists of five Modules every three weeks in succession across a three-month period:

- 3rd of October - Mastering Organisational Politics
- 24th of October - Maximising Your Personal Brand & Profile
- 14th of November - Attracting Sponsors & Mentors
- 12th December - Boardroom Expectations & Future Readiness
- 14th May 2020 - Delegates return six months later for a Personal Progress Review
