Factors such as the banking crisis, changing high street, automation, and high profile business failures have AFFECTED trust. HOW DO WE RESPOND?

The world of finance is rapidly changing due to the increasing use of automation and customer led expectations for on-demand services. The remote delivery of services lowers visibility and makes the establishment of relationships and trust difficult to achieve.

In addition, the banking crisis, changing nature of the high street, and high profile business failures such as Carillion mean that trust and confidence is undermined. How do we rebuild and retain trust in an increasingly remote relationship driven by technology?

In this session, a panel comprised of David GardnerPaul RabyJulia Root-Gutteridge and Karen Cottrell, will discuss how the finance sector can rebuild and retain trust. The panel will look at:

  • The impact of the changing high street
  • How innovation in Manchester is leading the way for businesses to rebuild trust
  • Using digital approaches to drive positive relationships
