Ethics & Integrity – The Importance Of Creating A ‘Speak Up’ Culture
This is a joint event with the Chartered Banker Institute, FINSIA and AICB.
The events of the past few years provide a reminder of the importance of individuals and firms acting and demonstrating their honesty, openness, transparency and fairness in all their business activities.
Poor actions by single individuals can result in great costs to firms, both financially and through loss of reputation. Fostering an environment of trust, integrity and professionalism leads to greater confidence, ultimately strengthening a firm’s reputation in the market.
Speaking up is an important part of integrity and it takes courage. However, speaking up should be more than an individual action. Instead, a speak up culture needs to be developed and embedded to ensure your organisation maintains integrity and has long-term sustainability.
Hear from our panel on their own experiences and real-life case studies.
