Making Tax Digital

This joint event between MMU, Chartered Banker Institute and ICAEW North West gives you the opportunity to hear direct from HMRC and will look at “Making Tax Digital” including the background, current and future plans of MTD.

We will be joined on 10 February by speaker, Verna Gellvear from HMRC’s Customer Readiness and External Stakeholder Team, who will talk through the MTD changes that have taken place and provide context of what HMRC want MTD to deliver in the longer term and how the legislation might evolve.

This HMRC presentation will cover what businesses need to do to comply with any MTD updates, offering face to face advice from the experts themselves. There will, of course, be plenty of time for Q&As.
