Risk is a massive topic that impacts on our daily lives both at work and home. Following on from his well-received presentation at the Chartered Banker Institute in September 2019, we are delighted to welcome back Sandy McKenzie, Cyber Risk Manager at NatWest Group to come along and share his insight in Cyber Risk in relation to Operational Resilience and why it is important to manage it effectively.  He will also cover off what we need to be aware of going forward within the industry and from a regulatory perspective including working from home, especially during these current uncertain times.
