Event Details

Join Dr Declan Woods, CEO of TeamGenie, for a live member surgery exploring the themes from the Power of Teams podcast episode on navigating informal teams and networks.

This interactive session will give members the opportunity to ask Declan questions about working effectively across project, matrix and networked teams — where influence, trust and relationships often matter more than formal hierarchy.

Members can bring questions on how to build and sustain professional networks, flex their communication style, collaborate across boundaries, create space for diverse perspectives, and strengthen trust in informal team settings.

Whether you work across functions, organisations, projects or professional networks, this session will offer practical insights into how to make influence count and deliver better outcomes through the way you work with others.
