As they say, you can do anything… but you can’t do everything. Deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do. Enabling others and being able to delegate is crucial in a busy commercial environment.

In this session we will explore a number of techniques that promote effective delegation because leadership is about creating more leaders – not more followers. This event is a great opportunity for developing leaders, and understanding how you can become an effective leader and make a real difference.

The session will incorporate a mix of business theory with interactive audience engagement. There will be time at the beginning and at the end of each session for networking with fellow peers.

Session Facilitators: Thomas Chalmers and Russell Borland, Partners of Leading Figures.

Leading Figures is a coaching consultancy serving clients throughout the UK, drawn predominantly from the fund management, accountancy, legal and consulting sectors. For many of their corporate clients they provide team coaching, often interleaved with 1:1 coaching. Coaching objectives tend to be related to leadership development and enhancing team dynamics.
