Fiona qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2007 having gained valuable industry experience as a key member of the Accounting & Finance department at the cooperative group, and commercial analyst at SSL international in the FMCG industry.

As a senior lecturer in Accounting and Finance over the last 12 years she continues to develop her portfolio, supporting students and early career professionals in a number of lead roles.

Fiona is currently reading for her PhD, behavioural research, exploring ‘Generation Z’ undergraduates preparing for professional careers and has joined many conversations in this exciting new area of research.

David Gibbens

David is a specialist in organisational design and human resource management. He has spent the last 14 years in consultancy firms advising businesses on their people, aligning them with company strategy.

He has worked in both the UK and Europe with his roles and across various sectors to deliver HR interventions, from recruitment and assessment through to restructures and options appraisal for workforce planning. He has shaped and supported businesses in developing and formulating HR strategy. David’s focus now is on the shape of the future workforce, with succession planning, talent management and leadership central to his consultancy work.

After studying Psychology at the University of Southampton, Carly started a HR Graduate Programme at BT. She worked across several HR teams during her 4 and a half years at BT, including Graduate Recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Engagement. Her final role at BT was Graduate Programme Manager, where she developed a passion for supporting employees launch their careers post-University. Grayce was the natural next step, as Grayce’s purpose is to be the best fast-track developer of top graduate talent.
