Changing Careers

This is a joint meeting with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI).

The presentation starts by outlining the transferable skills that you already possess but maybe are not aware of. With bank branches closing and constant re-structuring the norm, some members may be thinking about a change. Our speaker will then go on to share a case study of the career change programme offered by the St. James’s Place Academy, illustrating how people can migrate to another Financial Services advice sector career.

Chris has been working in the Financial Services sector for over 25 years. Prior to joining the St. James’s Place Academy, he had a successful career with the RBS Group, latterly as a Regional Sales Manager within the Financial Planning Division. He is passionate about the Academy and the change that it can facilitate for those looking for a new career.
