Mindfulness – a Short Introduction
The aim of this session will be to introduce the concept of mindfulness, debunk any myths surrounding it, explain how it works, how meditation can play a key part and how practicing mindfulness or meditation might help to overcome a variety of issues. The session will highlight the benefits and provide attendees with the option of staying on for an extra half an hour, where James and John will lead two 15 mins meditation taster sessions.
