Chapter 1 Surgery: What Team Coaching Is and How to Unlock Your Team’s Potential

What’s the one team challenge you’d most like to solve right now?

In this live Shelling the Pod surgery, Andy Duncan (Client Delivery Director at teamGenie and AC-accredited Master Team Coach) answers member questions on team coaching and unlocking your team’s potential.

Part of our Releasing the Power of Team series, this interactive session builds on the Chapter 1 blog and podcast conversation — but the agenda is shaped by you. The focus is entirely on the real situations and questions members submit in advance.

Share a challenge your team is facing (you can do so confidentially), and Andy will offer practical, tailored insight you can put into action immediately.

Bring your real issue. Get expert perspective. Leave with clear next steps to strengthen how your team works and performs.

What you’ll discover:

  • Why some teams function more effectively than others

  • How to unlock latent potential within your team

  • How team coaching differs from other development approaches

  • Where to begin improving your team’s effectiveness today
