Workplace Diversity – Talking Breakthroughs and Best Practice
The UK and other countries are making very little progress on improving gender diversity in the boardroom, women are still under-represented on corporate boards, despite efforts to improve inclusion and gender balance. A growing body of evidence suggests that diversity at the top can bring competitive advantages to corporations and investors.
The panel will discuss;
- Business cases for diverse boards and progress to date
- Practical actions and examples of success and overcoming barriers
- How women and men both benefit in more diverse organisations and how we can support each other and work together
