Job Board

  • 11 April 2018

Whether, new to the industry or looking for a change of career, the Job Board can help candidates to find their next banking and finance role, with various positions advertised from across the UK.

Searching and applying for jobs is confidential, simple and quick; members can create their own personal account, upload an anonymous CV with the option of their CV being public or private, and all in under 10 minutes. Time poor? Create job alerts and let the Job Board find suitable vacancies that match the candidate’s job role criteria.

With our members’ career progression a priority, we have carefully selected roles suitable to our members; from new entrants to banking, to senior roles in banking. The Institute has selected roles from a range of reputable recruiters, which we know are of interest to our members, to support the next step in their career path. Job Board searches and applications to vacancies are in strict confidence.

A highlight of the Job Board is our ‘Featured Employer’ section, which allows employers and recruiters to post and highlight vacancies directly onto our Job Board, with vacancies that match the skills of our members. A selection of products and pricing packages are available to meet individual budgets.

A key feature of the Job Board for recruiters, is the ability to search our database of searchable CVs. All CVs are listed anonymous and only searchable if our members have selected to make their CV public. To contact members, recruiters must place a ‘contact request’ to the interested party. This is to protect our Job Board members’ privacy and to avoid unsolicited contact.

As with our members’ Job Board account, recruiters can create their own personal account, which will allow recruiters to post and manage job openings, search and manage job candidates, create a company profile, and much more.

Working with recruiters to deliver job opportunities to our members via the new Chartered Banker Institute Job Board enhances our vision of delivering the tools needed to support our members’ career path.

Together, we can take the next step in supporting our members’ careers.
