Banking Insights: Operational Resilience

The Bank of England, PRA and FCA jointly published a joint paper in July 2018 entitled 'Building the UK financial sector's operational resilience'.  The joint paper stressed the importance of operational resilience and how it should be afforded the same priority as financial resilience.  Chartered Banker Institute and PwC will be hosting an event where they will:

• Provide a brief overview of the key points from the joint paper
• Outline key trends and challenges Scottish based firms are facing
• Discuss several case studies to provide attendees with good practice and lessons others have learned
• Answer any questions the audience may have

PwC speakers will include Stuart Birnie who leads the Scottish Technology Risk and Resilience Team and Peter Jack who works with financial services clients on managing third party risk.
