Financial Crime – the big issues now & how to overcome these post COVID-19
Last year, having published our Magazine's special report on Financial Crime, we joined up with CISI for a round-table to discuss the topic with a panel of experts. Financial Crime and financial fraud, in particular, has risen sharply during the COVID-19 crisis, with the most common financial frauds related to banking. The rise in Financial Crime is set to continue during the coming months, so we will be re-visiting this topic and hosting a webcast discussing some key areas of interest, as criminals take advantage of new vulnerabilities.
Our panel includes:
Bill McCall, President, Chartered Banker Institute (Chair),
Rachel Sexton, Partner, Financial Crime & Forensics, Ernst & Young LLP,
Julie McCardle, Head of CB Fraud Transformation, Strategy & Customer Experience, RBS,
Colin Rowe, Digital Editor at the Money and Pensions Service (MAPS), and
Ashley Hart, Head of Fraud, TSB.
Thursday 15th October
12pm -1pm (BST)
