Do you find it easy or challenging to initiative those conversations that are difficult but likely to make a difference? In our increasingly online world there is a temptation to hide behind email and to avoid having those critical, professional conversations.

In this session we explore the mindset and approach that might help you to have those all-important conversations - especially with those who never seem to be on your wavelength! This event is a great opportunity for developing leaders, and understanding how you can become an effective leader and make a real difference.

The session will incorporate a mix of business theory with interactive audience engagement. There will be time at the beginning and at the end of each session for networking with fellow peers.

Session Facilitators: Thomas Chalmers and Russell Borland, Partners of Leading Figures.

Leading Figures is a coaching consultancy serving clients throughout the UK, drawn predominantly from the fund management, accountancy, legal and consulting sectors. For many of their corporate clients they provide team coaching, often interleaved with 1:1 coaching. Coaching objectives tend to be related to leadership development and enhancing team dynamics.
