Event Details

Delivering impactful ethics CPD is challenging even when it is administered at face-to-face events. For example, some trainees may complain that it is boring or patronising. These issues are even more pertinent when CPD is carried out online. Fore example, you get less feedback from trainees to indicate whether they are engaged.

At this interactive workshop, you'll hear from professional associations who have moved their ethics CPD online. What can other training leaders learn from their experiences? What were the difficulties and how did they overcome them? How can you integrate the social aspects into an online programme? How do you make it lively?

This promises to be an engaging event where discussion will be encouraged. The event will conclude with some wine and food, and attendees will have the opportunity to network and ask any further questions they may have.

Speaking will be:

  • Martin Davies- Head of E-Learning at the IET Academy
  • Fionna Goddard- Head of Professionalism at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries
  • Rebecca Aston- Head of Professional Standards at the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments
