  • Press release

With increasing regulatory expectations on firms to have embedded the management of climate-related financial risks by the end of 2021, we are delighted to welcome this practical guidance from the UK’s Climate Financial Risk Forum, particularly Chapter 7 of the Risk Management Chapter on Training and Culture, which compliments the launch on 30th June, of the Green Finance Education Charter. Both acknowledge the need to develop new capabilities through relevant education and training in green finance principles and practice. Professional bodies like ours that are committed to the Charter have key roles to play in developing and embedding the standards, norms, values and practices to form the future shape of finance and developing the capability and capacity of these sectors in the UK, and globally.
