New technologies, easy access to data and ever-changing customer needs mean that Scotland now has a new role to play.   For Scotland to compete on both a domestic and global scale FinTech Scotland was launched to drive forward growth and employment in this sector. 

Our mission - To create an integrated Fintech ecosystem through provision of funding, support, infrastructure and talent that recognises and responds to the needs of all stakeholders. Fintech Scotland exists to provide an opportunity for business creation and growth, as well as attract diverse entrepreneurs and talent, securing Scotland’s place as a significant player in the global FinTech movement. Our overarching aim - for Scotland to be one of the top 5 Fintech world leaders by 2020.
